In a renovated old storage space that has transformed into a traditional Japanese house, you can relax while feeling the scent of wood. The homemade whole grain bread served on the morning plate has a crunchy texture and a delightful aroma. The minestrone, packed with vegetables, combines the depth and smoothness of tomatoes, soothing the heart. The coffee, brewed slowly from beans sourced from East Timor, has a clear flavor that is pleasant even in the aftertaste. The soy milk pudding served after the meal is lightly fragrant with roasted soybean flour and black syrup, and its cool, smooth texture was irresistible. The staff's subtle attentiveness was also appreciated, allowing me to enjoy a gentle meal in a relaxed manner.
