The style of grilling hormone with vegetables and tofu in a Jingisukan pot is interesting. It has a slightly sweet and spicy flavor, and it becomes very delicious when the cabbage wilts. The tofu absorbs the umami that seeps out, making you smile involuntarily. There are also classics like kimchi, namul, senmai, and chanja, and adding them to the pot changes the texture, making it fun. There are also noodles like cold noodles and kalbi udon, which can be enjoyed with grilled meat. It was a relaxed time spent with family, and the satisfaction after the meal was substantial.
