This is a small shop located in a quiet place surrounded by fields. The staff are cheerful, and you can enjoy your time comfortably from start to finish. The udon has a gentle flavor, and the aroma of the broth spreads pleasantly, making you feel at ease. The vegetable tempura uses seasonal ingredients that we grow ourselves, and the light, crispy texture is irresistible. When you eat it with a little salt, the umami of the vegetables is further enhanced. I liked the atmosphere where it's easy to park in front of the shop and visit leisurely.
