A restaurant where you can savor shorthorn beef and creative dishes

Jiupu is a restaurant that offers creative dishes centered around Iwate's shorthorn beef. The tender and flavorful shorthorn beef is exquisite. Each dish, crafted with care by the owner, brings new surprises with every visit. Additionally, a variety of Japanese sake paired with perfectly matching snacks is highly recommended.

The interior has table seating and a counter, creating a calm atmosphere where you can relax. The warm oden served as an appetizer warmed me up. The short-horned beef steak has a good balance of lean meat's flavor and just the right amount of fat, and with every bite, the juices spread, bringing happiness. The assorted snacks are diverse, allowing you to enjoy various flavors on one plate, making the sake flow easily. A carefully curated selection of sake from across the country is available, and the excitement of choosing hidden sake adds to the experience. In addition to creative Chinese-style and Japanese dishes, there are even rare orange wines, allowing me to enjoy the meal without getting bored until the end.
