It's a small shop located in an alley, but the moment you open the door, the aroma of the sauce rising from the iron plate spreads, making you excited. The counter is right in front of the iron plate, and it's fun to watch the food being cooked right in front of you. The fluffy and light okonomiyaki has a strong sweetness from the wheat, bringing happiness with every bite. The modern-yaki with squid has noodles and sauce that blend well together, making it so delicious that you can't help but keep eating. Enjoying it with rice and kimchi adds a change in flavor, keeping it enjoyable until the end without getting bored. It was a wonderful time spent leisurely while watching the owner's meticulous work in a clean shop.
