The meat dishes were abundant, and each one was satisfying in flavor. The mapo tofu with beef was rich and made me want to have seconds. The slowly cooked pork was very tender and juicy. It was also enjoyable to have the steak and pasta finished right in front of me, and I liked the fish mousse and the salad with mozzarella and tofu. There was a variety of local specialties and fair menu items, including roast beef with a Japanese-style sauce and Singapore chicken rice. I finished with a tart made from Hokkaido cream cheese and soft serve ice cream, and I also enjoyed a refreshing ginger cocktail.
