Located close to the east exit of Yokohama Station, this department store basement is easy to drop by. You can enjoy Saikyo-zuke (a type of marinated fish) easily at home, with options including black cod, Spanish mackerel, and salmon. The vacuum packaging makes it easy to handle, and it's safe to store even if you buy in bulk. There is a variety of fried fish cakes and sweet potato cakes, and unique options like chijimi-style and cheese tempura with shiso are also fun. The flavors and textures of the ingredients are robust, and they pair perfectly with ginger soy sauce. The Saikyo-yaki bento is also delicious, and the seasonal flavors are an added attraction.
