The interior of the restaurant is cozy, and a relaxed atmosphere flows throughout. The sushi prepared by the chef over the counter is aromatic, and the harmony between the rice and the toppings is delightful. In particular, the fluffy simmered eel is soaked in a sweet sauce and melts in your mouth. In spring, firefly squid makes an appearance, and its rich umami flavor gradually spreads, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The sake is generously poured, allowing you to enjoy it slowly while pairing it with small bites. There is a wide variety of seasonal snacks, making it a wonderful place to savor deliciousness on a quiet night.
