Garlic steamed, stir-fried with green onions and ginger
The red spicy soup is a hot soup made by combining homemade spicy sauce, chili oil, Taka no tsume, Sichuan pepper, and 20 kinds of spices. The white creamy soup is a rich broth made by simmering chicken bones, pheasant, and pork back fat for 8 hours, then adding jujube, goji berries, star anise, and cinnamon. Ingredients such as pork, chicken, seafood, vegetables, and tofu are served for shabu-shabu. Reservations must be made at least one day in advance, and it will be prepared for two or more people.
