The atmosphere is calm, and the staff's response is gentle, making it a comfortable place. The first dish that came out, a small bowl of nanohana (rapeseed) ohitashi, had a nice kick from the mustard and a crisp flavor. The sashimi platter, featuring fresh hiramasu (yellowtail), octopus, and flounder, was excellent, and the aroma of the grilled scallops was very pleasant. The tempura included a variety of ingredients such as shrimp, eggplant, shishito peppers, and shiitake mushrooms, with a light and crispy batter. Dipping sauces and salt were provided, and everything tasted better with the sauce. It pairs well with sake and beer, and the dashimaki (rolled omelet) was fluffy, infused with dashi, and visually appealing.
