Mita beef is the star, and every cut is very delicious. In particular, the harami (skirt steak) is rich in flavor, and the fat is not overwhelming, making it easy to eat. The tongue has a pleasant texture, and the loin is juicy and satisfying. The lean cut, tonbi, pairs well with wasabi, enhancing its flavor. The Japanese-style salad, kimchi, and the seaweed soup in the rice bowl are also delicious, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The menu also features rare cuts and offal, which are so popular that they sometimes sell out.

When grilled, the aroma rises, and you can really feel the deliciousness of the roast and tongue. The meat has no unnecessary seasoning, has a nice color and sheen, and it's great that you can choose between salt flavor and sauce flavor. When you quickly sear it with wasabi soy sauce, it melts in your mouth and brings happiness. In particular, the tongue and roast had a fine texture of fat and were very satisfying in taste. The attention to the origin is conveyed through the labels on the plates and the numbers on the walls, and the interior is clean and comfortable.
