Entering the small pastry shop with its eye-catching white exterior, I felt excited by the clean atmosphere reminiscent of an art museum. Although there weren't many items in the showcase, the unique cakes and chocolates were neatly arranged, each one shining. The mousse caramel had a smooth texture, and the combination of slightly bitter caramel and cocoa-flavored sponge was exquisite. The glossy chocolate cake was rich in cocoa aroma, allowing me to enjoy both its richness and the lightness of the mousse at the same time. The financier was moist and had a refreshing aftertaste, making it a perfect match for tea. The staff's polite and friendly service made me feel at ease, and even during my short stay, I left feeling happy.
