Exquisite Kuzudon and Traditional Japanese Ambiance in Yoshinoyama

This restaurant offers authentic kuzudon in Yoshinoyama. The interior, with its charming Japanese atmosphere, provides a stunning view of cherry blossoms, soothing visitors. The kuzudon paired with tempura is particularly exceptional, known for its smooth texture. Additionally, you can enjoy persimmon leaf sushi to-go, allowing you to fully savor the flavors of Yoshino during your sightseeing.

The interior is spacious, and when you step up to the tatami seating in the back, a relaxed atmosphere flows, making it calming. From the window side, you can overlook the mountain range, and during the cherry blossom season, it seems you can enjoy a beautiful view. The chewy soba noodles have a good texture and pair perfectly with the light broth. The tempura topped with shrimp, eggplant, and shimeji mushrooms is crispy and aromatic. The persimmon leaf sushi has the perfect firmness of mackerel, enhancing the flavor of the rice. The gentle sweetness of the kuzu sweets with cherry blossoms that I had after the meal healed the fatigue from hiking.
