Upon entering, a gentle aroma of dashi spreads, and the calm atmosphere of the wood brings a sense of relief. The hand-made soba has a wonderful fragrance, a firm texture, and a pleasant mouthfeel. The zaru soba pairs well with wasabi and chopped green onions, allowing you to enjoy it at your preferred level while pouring the dipping sauce. The mountain vegetable soba features a clear broth topped with shiitake mushrooms, bracken, and warabi, evoking a gentle breeze from the mountains. The cold kakiage soba is refreshing and easy to eat. There is also an attached hot spring area where you can relax in a quiet atmosphere.
