A Stylish Izakaya to Enjoy Fluffy Akashiyaki and Freshly Fried Tempura

Located just a short walk from the west exit of Tsujido Station, Akashiyaki and Tempura Mizuki is a popular Japanese-style bar known for its fluffy and creamy Akashiyaki and a wide variety of freshly fried tempura. Guests can choose toppings that pair well with the dashi, and the light texture makes it easy to enjoy multiple servings. The tempura features seasonal ingredients like sweet shrimp and maitake mushrooms, with a crispy batter that highlights their fragrant umami. The stylish interior, harmonizing concrete and reclaimed wood, includes a solid wood counter and semi-private rooms, making it an inviting spot for a variety of occasions.

The interior is stylish and clean, and the spacious atmosphere feels nice. The Akashi-style takoyaki cooked right in front of you is fluffy and creamy, and when dipped in the broth, a gentle flavor spreads. The freshly fried tempura has a crispy batter, and there are many varieties to choose from, making it fun to select. I was surprised by the care put into the small dishes like the smashed cucumber and the pickled mustard greens. You can watch the cooking process from the counter, which makes the waiting time exciting. The energetic staff's service is also pleasant, resulting in a very satisfying meal.
