A Specialty Store to Savor Bibai Yakitori and Zangi

En Hokuren Shop Motoebetsu is a specialty store where you can enjoy a variety of side dishes, primarily focusing on Bibai yakitori and zangi. The salt zangi, in particular, uses tender chicken breast, offering a uniform texture and a robust flavor that is truly appealing. Inside the store, yakitori and pork skewers seasoned with salt sauce are grilled to perfection, creating a delightful aroma. It has become a popular spot for those looking to find delicious side dishes easily.

Welcomed by the cheerful voices heard from inside the store, my spirits are lifted. The salt-zangi has flavor soaked into the meat rather than the batter, and the chicken breast is surprisingly tender. The leg karaage has a crispy exterior and firm meat inside, making it fun to take a big bite. The spiciness of the spicy zangi is pleasantly tingling on the tongue and becomes addictive to the point of breaking a sweat. The Bibai yakitori and raw tsukune can be enjoyed with both salt and sauce, making the flavor variations interesting. Just by choosing various side dishes, dinner is quickly decided, making it a convenient and satisfying place.
