Authentic soba in a modern atmosphere

Soba-dokoro Yoshitake features a charming space that beautifully blends a modern exterior with traditional Japanese elements, creating a soothing environment for visitors. The carefully crafted soba is aromatic and offers a unique texture, allowing you to enjoy various types such as seiro and inaka soba, each with distinct aromas and firmness. The warm soba, especially the curry nanban, is particularly impressive and highly recommended for many.

The calm interior facing the road has high ceilings and a sense of openness. There are large tables and raised seating areas, with plenty of space between seats to relax. The 2:8 soba has a firm texture and goes down smoothly. They also serve Hitachi Aki soba, which has a pleasantly firm noodle. The tempura has a light batter, and it's enjoyable to taste the shrimp and vegetables with three types of salt. The handmade oboro tofu and mini cakes are also delicious, making this a valuable establishment in the area.
