The Japanese-style building and the garden approach create a very calming atmosphere. The sounds of cooking coming from the open kitchen create a sense of liveliness and heighten the anticipation for the meal. The appetizer was colorful, and the vegetable terrine conveyed the sweetness of the ingredients perfectly. The new potato soup had a gentle flavor that seeped into the body. The homemade pasta was chewy and filled with plenty of shrimp, and the main dish of roasted pork paired excellently with the beet sauce. The dessert, which was generously portioned, was also carefully made, and I was very satisfied, including the staff's attentiveness.
