The crispy, light batter allows you to fully appreciate the deliciousness inside, which makes me happy. The cream cheese and crackers that come out first are a bit stylish, and they go well with drinks. The skewers of potato butter and onion gratin have a wonderful aroma, and the contrast between the fluffy and creamy textures is delightful. Each skewer teaches you how to pair it with salt, lemon, sauce, or even nothing at all, making it exciting to explore various flavors. When I ordered the cheesecake skewer to finish, it was a warm dessert that was both crispy and creamy, bringing a smile to my face. Since it's in an alley, you can also enjoy takeout from other shops, making it a fun experience with friends and family.

Expiration time 30 seconds! Recommended sauces using our proud selection of fresh bread crumbs, three types of sauces (special) special sauce, and a classic sauce arranged by Hachi. The secret flavor of reduced red wine pairs perfectly with alcohol. (Rock salt) Himalayan rock salt, rich in minerals, is a pink salt that enhances the ingredients themselves. (Lemon juice) When you want to enjoy it refreshingly, this is it!
