At the Hibachi Yaki Kōhoku store, we use fresh meat unique to butcher shops, with pork belly and wagyu being particularly popular. You can also enjoy fresh vegetables at the salad bar, and miso soup is provided as a basic service. The meat grilled over charcoal has just the right amount of fat rendered, enhancing the flavor of the meat.
