3.1

The chicken, infused with the aroma of charcoal, was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, which was impressive. The charcoal-grilled chicken on top of the rice combined the sweetness and savoriness of the sauce, making it impossible to stop eating. The fried chicken had absorbed the marinade well, so it was delicious even on its own. The freshly fried coating was crispy, and it paired perfectly with the yuzu dressing drizzled over the cabbage. The larger chicken cutlet also had a light coating, making it enjoyable until the very end. The calm atmosphere of the restaurant allows for a relaxed dining experience, making it perfect for when you want to spend some quiet time.
