The interior has a warm atmosphere and is comfortable. There are counters and tables, making it easy to enter whether alone or in a group. The sashimi is glossy and when you put it in your mouth, the umami spreads. The small bowls and chawanmushi also have a careful flavor, which is satisfying. The nukamiso-daki has a pleasant aroma, with a hint of sansho and chili pepper flavor, and is tender all the way to the bones. They also offer takeout at the entrance, and it's convenient as you can use PayPay.

The interior is bright and comfortable. The sashimi is very fresh, and the umami is strongly felt, which is impressive. The small dishes and chawanmushi also have a careful flavor, and all of them are satisfying. The specialty nuka misodaki is additive-free, tender even to the bones, and has no unpleasant smell. The flavors of sansho pepper and chili are just right, and the gentle acidity from fermentation is a nice accent. It's also great that you can take out at the entrance, and that PayPay is accepted.
