I was excited to enjoy my meal while experiencing the live atmosphere from the counter. The salad that came out first had a refreshing aroma of yuzu that spread gently. The thick slices of wagyu were unbelievably tender, and I enjoyed the variation in flavors with three different sauces. The galette had both a moist type and a crispy type, and the roasted vegetables paired perfectly with the soft-boiled egg. The chef managed everything on his own with great skill, and I hardly felt any waiting time. The calm interior of the restaurant allows for a leisurely experience, making it easy to linger longer than intended.
