When you open the sliding door and enter, there is an automatic door that you push to proceed, and beyond that, you can see the counter and tatami seating. Once you take your seat, you are served a wet towel and tea. The menu mainly features soba and udon, but sushi and chirashi are also available, allowing you to enjoy a set meal. The cold udon has a firm texture, and the thick, flat noodles pair well with the fragrant dipping sauce. The warm soba is topped with green onions, and tempura bits and chopped green onions are served separately, allowing for a change in flavor. The nigiri and rolls are also satisfying in taste, and the fact that the sushi-making area is separate is a bit unique.
