I was excited the moment I entered this small Italian restaurant with a reservation system, filled with the warmth of wood. The chef's careful movements visible from the counter were pleasant, and the gentle warmth of the wood stove was also delightful. The course from appetizers to desserts featured vibrant dishes, all generously using fresh homegrown vegetables and herbs. The three types of homemade bread, with a tangy flavor, were aromatic, making even the wait for the next dish enjoyable. The special handmade pasta, woven with cream, was astonishingly smooth, with a deep richness that created an unforgettable taste. The chef's bright service and clear explanations of the dishes allowed me to enjoy a warm feeling throughout the meal.
