An exquisite butadon with outstanding aroma and tenderness

Since its establishment, this butadon specialty shop has expanded nationwide through franchising, attracting significant attention. The pork is grilled twice after ordering to remove excess fat, achieving a fragrant and tender texture. The sweet and savory special sauce is mouthwatering, and additional sauce can be added, ensuring a delicious experience until the very last bite.

The lively voices resonate throughout the store, and you can feel energized from the moment you enter. It's a bright space with a counter, tables, and raised seating, making it very comfortable. The menu offers options like rose and loin, as well as half portions, and you can choose to have your meat served separately, allowing for a personalized experience. The charcoal-grilled meat is fragrant and tender, pairing well with the mildly sweet sauce. The rice is cooked to perfection, and adding table condiments like Sichuan pepper enhances the flavor even more. There is parking available, making it easy to stop by, and the bowls can be eaten quickly, providing a satisfying experience.
