The ingenuity and love that went into the food was evident and all the dishes were truly delicious. I was especially impressed with the peach soup. The Kumano beef ichibo steak made me feel happy as the flavor and sweetness of the meat overflowed the moment I bit into it. The shiso leaf sorbet was refreshing, and the accompanying figs and watermelon were complementary and truly delicious. I am grateful to have found a wonderful restaurant in Tanabe. I hope to visit regularly to experience the warmth of French home cooking and the four seasons.
