The charming appearance of the cabin surrounded by trees gives it a hideaway-like atmosphere. The freshly made 100% buckwheat noodles slide down smoothly and are very delicious. The broth, rich in umami, has a sharpness that pairs perfectly with the noodles. The freshly grated wasabi has a wonderful aroma and a hint of sweetness that brings a smile to your face. The tempura of seasonal vegetables in rice flour batter is crispy and light, and when eaten with salt, its deliciousness stands out. There is an L-shaped counter, a sunken hearth seating area, and a terrace where pets can also spend time, allowing you to relax at the end with soba-yu (noodle water) or soba-gaki (buckwheat dumplings).
