The building, which feels the warmth of wood, is located on the hillside of a small mountain, and you feel at ease the moment you enter. The two-color soba is enjoyable to compare, as the flavors of both the Sarashina and the Yabu are distinct. The dipping sauce has a sweetness with a mushroom-like aroma, making it a perfect match for the soba. The thinly cut Sarashina is pure white and has a smooth texture going down the throat. The fragrant Yabu soba has a firm chewiness and allows you to savor its umami gradually. The view of Ougatsu from the window is also nice, allowing you to enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere.
