At a specialty meat shop, you can enjoy a style where you buy the meat and grill it at home. The differences in lamb meat by cut are easy to understand, and the staff is happy to explain them in detail. The higher quality cuts are low in fat, tender, have a mild aroma, and the juiciness is pleasant. The other option has a classic flavor, with a hint of lamb taste while still being delicious. There are also sauces available that pair well, making it easy to achieve good flavor when grilling at home. The fried items are also appealing, with ham cutlets that have a subtle spice aroma and crispy skewered cutlets that highlight the sweetness of the onions. I also really enjoyed the juicy minced meat cutlets.
