A soothing space woven with nature and simplicity
Nestled in the beautiful mountains between Okayama and Tottori, Ippuku-tei is a heartwarming hideaway that offers visitors the tranquility of nature and rustic flavors. The thatched roof and irori (traditional sunken hearth) create a calming atmosphere, providing a sense of comfort as if you were visiting your hometown. The dishes, made with local ingredients, are particularly exquisite, especially those featuring wild vegetables and kumasasa (bamboo grass), allowing you to feel the changing seasons with each visit.
