The craftsmanship of the chefs is brisk, and just watching them raises your expectations. The sushi is glossy, the rice is slightly warm, and it melts softly in your mouth. You can enjoy a variety of sushi including red fish, medium fatty tuna, squid, amberjack, salmon, salmon roe, shrimp, and egg, as well as thin rolls. In particular, the fatty tuna and sea urchin are thick and very fresh, bringing a smile to your face.
