The calm interior of the shop located in an alley features compactly arranged tables and a counter, creating an atmosphere that is easy to enjoy with friends. The sound of meat sizzling on the gas roaster placed at the table whets the appetite. The beef tongue and harami steak are tender even when cut thick, with a perfect amount of fat that pairs well with white rice. The offal looks fresh and has no unpleasant odor, and the ability to enjoy various cuts with a spicy kick is appealing. The energetic staff greet you with smiles, and drink refills are provided quickly, making for a comfortable experience. There is also a service where you can help yourself to as much rice and miso soup as you like, which is very satisfying.
