The atmosphere is like a casual diner, allowing for a relaxed experience. Here, you can enjoy 100% buckwheat soba. The thick and short noodles have a pleasant chewiness, and the aroma of bonito in the dipping sauce pairs well with its gentle sweetness. The two-tiered serving style is also visually enjoyable. The Ōminato Navy croquette is filled with chunks of chicken and potatoes, topped with a thick sauce. After the meal, the soba broth provides a comforting touch, and the sweetened soba dumplings with filling are perfect as a souvenir.
