A Japanese restaurant with exquisite Shinshu soba and tempura

"Ajiri" is a charming soba restaurant that captures the essence of Chichibu. It features fresh soba and light, crispy tempura, with the flavor of walnut soba particularly impressing visitors. The interior is bright and clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere for enjoying meals. Additionally, there is a wide variety of dishes made with local vegetables, allowing guests to savor the unique flavors of Chichibu.

I found a soba restaurant along the national road, and the interior is clean and modern. Upon entering, the menu sign is easy to understand, and there are various sets to choose from, making it fun to select. The thinly cut soba has a nice texture and aroma, and it goes down smoothly. The walnut dipping sauce is fragrant and mild, pairing well with the noodles. The vegetable tempura rice bowl is filled with local vegetables, providing a sense of satisfaction. The service is pleasant, and it's no surprise that customers keep coming in.
