Murao is one of the premium shochus from 3M. It has a refreshing sweet potato flavor with a hint of citrus. It is very easy to drink and does not become tiresome. Above all, its intense flavor is remarkable. The moment it touches your mouth, the roasted aroma of sweet potato spreads rapidly. Glass
One of the premium shochus alongside Moriizo and Murao. Due to its rarity, it is also referred to as the 'phantom shochu,' capturing the admiration of shochu enthusiasts. Through reduced pressure distillation, it offers a fruity and soft profile, with an aromatic richness reminiscent of ginjo sake and a refined drinking experience. Its non-intrusive elegance exudes a presence worthy of a special glass.
One of the premium shochus with high rarity value. It has the strength of black koji brewing and the fragrant aroma and sweetness of Kogane Sengan. With a robust strength and flavor, it offers a delicate and smooth mouthfeel due to careful aging. A bottle that provides a solid drinking experience.

This shochu is made using a method that only uses barley, produced by Asahi Shuzo, known as the 'origin of Oita barley shochu.' It is a pure barley shochu brewed with 100% domestically produced barley for both koji and kasu. It has a moderately fragrant barley aroma, a well-balanced and pleasant drinking experience. Please enjoy the unique taste and aroma of barley shochu that cannot be expressed in rice shochu. Glass

When mixed with water, a sweetness from the grains emerges, blending with various flavors to create a gentle yet complex taste. When mixed with hot water, it develops richness, allowing you to enjoy a fuller flavor along with various complex notes.
