This place offers a diverse menu centered around Sanuki udon, and just choosing from it is exciting. The udon soup has a clear, Kansai-style broth that gently spreads a refined umami flavor. The thin, soft noodles have a pleasant texture and a gentle chewiness that feels good. The katsudon, characterized by its slightly sweet seasoning, features a satisfyingly large pork cutlet. With a rich variety of rice bowl and udon sets, groups can enjoy their meals according to their preferences. It also has a casual atmosphere that makes it easy to stop by during a drive, making it a place where you can always feel relaxed.
