When I arrived at the restaurant, there was a spacious parking lot, making it easy to park even on rainy days. Sitting at the counter, I was excited to see not only udon on the menu but also sashimi set meals and rice bowls. The signature Ise udon had thick noodles that were chewy and soft, perfectly coated with the aroma of dark soy sauce, making it the best. The daikon radish in the oden I ordered as a side was infused with flavor and had a melting texture that brought a smile to my face. Additionally, the fried chicken neck was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, making it hard to stop eating. I could feel the dedication to the noodles that the owner, who is from Nara, had researched, and it was no surprise that the dining area was bustling with customers due to the deliciousness.
