They take your order before you enter, so the service is quick once you sit down, which is helpful. The pork cutlet has a crispy coating that clings perfectly to the meat, allowing you to fully appreciate its flavor. The frying gives it a slight color in the center, and with each bite, the juices spread, bringing happiness. It's delicious on its own, but when enjoyed with salt, the sweetness of the fat stands out. The pork miso soup is filled with plenty of ingredients, and the flavor of the soup is rich, providing a sense of satisfaction.
