Authentic Japanese flavors enjoyed in a tourist destination

Soba Roku is a rare establishment where you can savor authentic Japanese cuisine in the Yatsugatake resort area. Located on Pepper Street, it offers a pleasant dining experience even at outdoor seats. While the soba is excellent, the mountain vegetable tempura is particularly exquisite. It's a place where you can enjoy the beauty of Japanese flavors with family and friends while soaking in the resort atmosphere.

The soba noodles made with buckwheat flour from Hokuto spread a wonderful aroma as soon as they enter your mouth, bringing a feeling of happiness. The cooking is gentle, and they slide down your throat smoothly, making you want to eat more and more. The tempura of wild vegetables has a crispy batter, and when dipped in Himalayan rock salt, the sweetness of the ingredients is enhanced, making it the best. The quick service is also a nice point, as you can enjoy freshly made dishes right after you sit down. Dining on the terrace allows you to feel the breeze, further enhancing the resort-like atmosphere. The variety of Japanese side dishes is abundant, and sharing them with everyone leads to enjoyable conversations and a fun time.
