This is a tea-focused bar located within a traditional Japanese house. The interior centers around a counter, with subdued lighting creating a clean atmosphere. The experience of tasting the sencha in small cups multiple times is very interesting; initially, it has a rich umami flavor with a pleasant aftertaste. From the second cup onward, it becomes lighter and more transparent, making it enjoyable to see how the same leaves can change their expression. The combination of the complimentary chocolate and seaweed is surprisingly harmonious, adding to the fun of choosing the vessels. There are also beers made with tea and hojicha highballs, allowing for a pleasant and quiet time.
