As a specialty shop, there are many types of bun, making it fun to choose. Bun Bo Hue has a clear broth with a light aftertaste, and the smooth texture of the round thin noodles is pleasant. The onions, bean sprouts, and green onions are crisp, and when eaten with the beef shank, it provides a satisfying experience. Adding a little of the spicy seasoning, fish sauce, and lemon from the table changes the aroma and spiciness, making it even more delicious. The banh mi has a nicely toasted surface, and the inside is filled with pickled vegetables, tomatoes, cilantro, and plenty of Vietnamese ham, providing an enjoyable texture. The soy milk drink is gently sweet and pairs well with the dishes.
