A sake brewery woven with history and innovation

Buyuu Co., Ltd. is a long-established sake brewery rooted in the local community, continuing since the late Edo period. Founded in Yuki, North Kanto, it cherishes traditional sake brewing techniques passed down through generations while also engaging in innovative practices. One of the attractions is the opportunity to experience the sake-making process harmonized with the local nature through brewery tours. The sake has a refreshing and well-defined taste that makes it easy to drink more than intended.

I enjoyed sake from a brewery in Yuki City. The honjozo nama, when chilled, has a light mouthfeel and a pleasantly stimulating tingle on both sides of the tongue. The aftertaste is refreshing and doesn't become tiresome. The daiginjo has a gorgeous aroma, with a soft scent reminiscent of fruit that spreads out. There are also varieties like yamahai and aged sake with sediment, allowing for a unique sweetness and depth to be enjoyed. The brewery is located on the northwest side of the station, and it seems they also offer guided tours, creating a nice atmosphere.
