Public Yakiniku with Charcoal Grilled Quality Offal on a Shichirin

Taishu Yakiniku Muntan, located in the Minami Ward of Okayama City, is a cozy establishment where guests can leisurely enjoy charcoal grilling on a shichirin in a warm wooden interior. Known for its high-quality offal, including thick-cut harami and liver, as well as other delicacies like upper mino and senmai, the restaurant's offerings are sure to whet your appetite with the enticing sounds of grilling. The rich flavors of the miso sauce and the sharp seasoning of salt and pepper on the tongue pair perfectly with beer.

The warmth of the wood in the interior creates an exciting atmosphere around the charcoal grill. There is a variety of seating options, including counters and tatami rooms, making it comfortable for both groups and individuals. The lineup centered around beef is rich in flavor, and I was particularly impressed by the tenderness of the harami. The offal and premium beef tripe were also juicy and free of any unpleasant odors, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The staff was attentive, and even when the restaurant was full, ordering and changing the grill went smoothly. As I was leaving, they even offered a deodorizing spray, making it a pleasant experience until the very end at this yakiniku restaurant.
