In the quiet interior of the shop, the owner manages everything alone, creating a calming atmosphere. When you order the soba comparison, you can taste two different types of soba from different regions, and you can clearly feel the differences in aroma and texture. The cold curry dipping soba comes with a refreshing broth that includes mozuku seaweed, celery, and lemon, making it easy to eat even on hot days. You can also order a platter of three types of duck, and the moist meat and flavorful fat pair well with the soba. The soba buckwheat jelly served after the meal has two different colors and textures that are enjoyable, and its moderate sweetness makes it perfect for cleansing the palate. If you talk to the owner at the right moment, they will carefully explain the origins and characteristics of the soba, making you love it even more.
