The interior of the store features a combination of white and wood grain counters. The Jamaican curry, fragrant with spices, has a strong herbal flavor that whets the appetite from the aroma. The jerk chicken on top is juicy, and the more you bite into it, the more the deliciousness spreads. They check with you first about adding jalapeños, making it easy to adjust the spiciness. The staff are friendly, and there are regular customers and takeout patrons, creating a lively atmosphere. The roux has a pleasant acidity, and the lingering spices are enjoyable, allowing me to savor the meal until the end.
