The shop is located in a quiet mountain area, and the calm atmosphere is pleasant. The interior is neat and bright, allowing for a relaxed experience centered around tatami seating. The handmade 100% buckwheat soba has a wonderful aroma, a light texture, and the presentation in a box is beautiful. The dipping sauce has a strong umami flavor, is mildly sweet, and has a sharp finish. The seasonal tempura is lightly coated and perfectly crispy, and the dashi rolled omelet is fluffy and irresistible. You can also enjoy buckwheat groats, rich soba broth, and soba dumplings, making for a fulfilling time, complemented by gentle service.
