Oden has a gentle broth that seeps in, and the texture of the ingredients is just right, which makes me happy. The simmered beef tendon is not too heavy, and its rich flavor pairs well with alcohol. The grilled amberjack collar is fatty, and with a light saltiness, the flesh melts in your mouth. Using the set menu is fun because you can choose drinks and dishes from the menu. A glass of coffee shochu is also interesting, making you want to try various options. There is an atmosphere that values people who enjoy alcohol, and you can feel the careful work and attention to detail throughout.
