El Sabroson

El Sabroson offers a relaxed, low-key setting for Central American and Peruvian-style dishes, from fajitas and burritos to pupusas, arepas, and rotisserie-style chicken. Guests highlight well-seasoned food, fresh salsas, and a self-serve salsa bar with a wide variety of condiments. Spanish-language television and an adjacent bodega selling chilis and peppers add to the authentic, neighborhood feel. Service is generally friendly and attentive.
