A specialty restaurant for gentle-tasting Okinawan goat dishes

Located in the southern part of Okinawa, this long-established goat restaurant exudes a homely atmosphere. The goat soup has a gentle flavor that is recommended even for beginners, with no gamey taste, making it very easy to enjoy. The carefully processed goat meat is juicy, and the soup offers a clear and delicate umami flavor. Additionally, the interior serves as a gathering place for locals, and its unique decor is also appealing.

It's a shop located in the south, with a unique exterior that lifts your spirits. The interior has counters, tables, and tatami seating, creating a calm atmosphere. The moment you enter, a gentle scent of goat wafts in, and there are no unpleasant odors. The goat soup is a clear broth that is refreshing yet has a deep flavor. The meat is very tender, and you can enjoy various cuts, including those with skin and around the bones, reflecting careful preparation. The combination of herbs and ginger works well, enhancing the aroma and allowing for a pleasant tasting experience until the end.
